International Coastal Cleanup Project

The L.H. Kinnard Pioneers participated in the International Coastal Cleanup Project in Pennsylvania.  The 2007 ICC in Pennsylvania resulted in over 30,000 pounds of trash being picked up from 81 miles of rivers, lakes, and streams by almost 800 volunteers at 20 different sites around the state.   People, pounds, and miles all increased over previous years!

If you know someone interested in the environment, we are always looking for new volunteers and cleanup site coordinators.  Please contact Leni Herr, PA State Coordinator.
