2007 Sports Jamboree Volunteer Form

Every effort will be made to honor your preferred job assignment if your form is received by June 13, 2007. NO VOLUNTEER WILL BE TURNED AWAY.

1. NO SKATEBOARDS, SCOOTERS OR PETS (except Service Dogs)

2. All volunteers MUST REGISTER upon arrival (Volunteers - #13-113) (Host/Hostess - #13-112)

3. Supply your own bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets), soap and towels plus lock for your valuables

4. Bunks taken apart must be re-assembled and put back in place. Windows closed.

5. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR SMOKING IN BARRACKS OR MESS HALLS

6. DO NOT THROW TRASH OR CIGARETTE BUTTS ON GROUND.

7. Checkout time is SUNDAY AT 9:00 A.M.

8. Your chairperson will forward specific instructions and map
