Activities: Pioneer Elves continue to craft a significant number of baby hats, lap robes, shawls, Hug-A-Bears and other items for Lehigh Valley area hospitals and shut-ins. So far in 2010 Pioneer Elves have made and contributed 35 Hug-A-Bears, 253 Baby Hats, 13 Lap Robes, 5 Shawls, 1 baby blanket. These hand crafted items were donated among the following institutions: Lehigh Valley Hospice, St. Luke's Hospital, Lehigh Valley Health Network (Hospital) and Pioneer Sports Jamboree at Indiantown Gap).
