The
2004 Annual Reunion was held at Cape May, NJ
June 7-11. Pioneers and
friends gathered at the Grand Hotel to spend the week at the seaside
resort.
It's hard to believe that for so little
money ($332) you can get so much: 4 nights, 5 days lodging, ALL
meals, ALL drinks (yes, including alcohol-Happy Hour before dinner, and
Chapter Hospitality after dinner, including various afternoon parties),
entertainment each night, side trips including Atlantic City, bingo,
miniature golf, and more! Everyone had SOOOOOO much fun with
dancing, laughing, and great Pioneer fellowship. Start planning for
next year. Get your friends together now for next year's reunion at
Cape May June 6-10, 2005. You'll be surprised at the people you
meet, some you'll know, some you'll remember, all having a ball.
The reunion had a Western Theme this
year and cowboy duds were seen everywhere. Entertainment the first
night was provided by Debbie Wahl, from Reading, who conducted square
dancing and other entertainment. |
